Ride in support of Crossroads International!

Crossroads International is riding for girls' empowerment, access to justice and women's rights globally.

Crossroads is doubling in size by expanding from six countries (Burkina Faso, Eswatini, Ghana, Senegal, Tanzania and Togo) to eleven (new countries: Ethiopia, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Uganda and Zambia).

Crossroads International has been raising funds for a COVID-19 emergency response in support of women and girls in sub-Saharan Africa who have become even more vulnerable to the basic issues of livelihood, hunger and safety during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Crossroads has been working with our partners since the onset of the pandemic to understand their needs. Proposals and submissions for additional support have streamed in. As COVID-19 restrictions loosen in some communities and cases surge in others, we must provide the necessary support and resources to ensure that women and girls in sub-Saharan Africa are prioritized. Partners have shared the need for adaptive technology and resources to continue programming under new restrictions, access to PPE so that women and girls can participate in programming in person when available safely, and support for new projects supporting women and girls negatively impacted by the pandemic such as providing training on entrepreneurial skills.

Crossroads International is working closely with our local partners to help them adapt their programming to continue to deliver essential services and provide direct community support. Together with our partners, we are working to transition and adapt current projects to ensure we continue empowering women, girls and entire communities to build resilience in these critical times.
