Khyree Jackson has approval from fellow Vikings cornerback

The Minnesota Vikings will organize a rookie minicamp starting May 10, which will mark the debut of several rookies, including Oregon CB Khyree Jackson. Jackson was a fourth-round pick and spent two years at Alabama, where he didn’t play much but flourished at Oregon in 2023.

Jackson is a tall, tall press-man cornerback and has a very intriguing profile for defensive coordinator Brian Flores to work with. He shouldn’t feel rushed with the talent in front of him, but there is a way to see him take the next step forward and play on Sundays this fall.

One player who has been impressed with Jackson’s play is teammate Mekhi Blackmon. He posted on his Instagram story about his new teammate and gave his approval.

It’s always good to see teammates loving the players who come into the building.
